The Dukers DCF3-NG gas fryer is configured for natural gas and balances heat distribution with a tube-style fry pot and sloped base. With three cast iron burners and a 40-pound oil vat, this model delivers 90,000 BTUs for consistent cooking performance. Its cold zone collects sediment to help extend oil quality through repeated batch cycles. The forward-sloping bottom assists in guiding particles away from the active cooking zone, reducing scorching and helping operators preserve frying efficiency between filtering sessions.
The Dukers DCF3-NG gas fryer includes two twin baskets and one fry pot, and it operates with a millivolt control system that does not require an external power source. A rapid-response temperature probe detects changes in oil heat and prompts immediate burner adjustments to maintain the setpoint. For mobility and support, the unit is mounted on four casters and features a cabinet base with a right-hinged access door. All internal surfaces of the fry pot and cold zone can be reached by hand, streamlining cleaning between shifts and minimizing downtime during busy service hours.
